The Food Wizard database has over 7,300 base foods and over 26,000 common measurements, such as cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, etc.
Easily look up the calories and nutritional information for any of the foods in the database.
With a click of the mouse you can look up the nutrition information for any of the foods in the Food Wizard database.

The graphs and charts in Food Wizard allow you to understand the nutrition in foods at-a-glance.

Nutritional Information

Simply click on any of the thousands of food items in the database and Food Wizard will display the nutritional information.

Food Search

The food search layout allows you to search for foods by name or by nutrition ratios, such as high protein or low fat.

Percent Daily Values

Simply click on one of the food items in the database to view nutrition facts and percent daily values.

Calorie Chart

The calorie tab shows the ratio of protein, carbohydrates and fat in the food item, in an easy-to-understand pie chart.

Conversions

The conversions tab allows you to easily convert from one common measure to another. For example, cups to tablespoons.

Add Measurements

The measurements tab allows you to view and add measurements to database.

Approximately 25MB

Click on the download icon and select save when you are prompted. Select a folder to download the file to and be sure to remember where the file is located.
Once the file has completed downloading, click on the Start button in Windows and select Run. Next, click on the browse button and find the folder where the file was saved. From here, click on the file and select the Open button. Next, click on the OK button to start the installation program.
The installation software will ask you a few questions during installation. Unless you have specific reason, just use the default options. Once the installation has finished you will have a Food Wizard icon on your desktop. Simply double click the icon to start the Food Wizard software.
